Gloria Velez — Hip Hop Video Models
Gloria Velez was born and raised in the states of New York and Florida. Best known for appearances
in hip hop music videos, she made her way into magazines and the internet shortly after people began demanding
more of the sexy latina's image.
Known by some as "Glo" and "Ms Velez", Gloria's popularity extended beyond Hip Hop by the end of her first
year professionally modeling. Dominating the other girls in Ja Rule's video "Holla Holla" and Jay-Z's Big Pimpin,
it was obvious Gloria Velez' glow would go far in the swimsuit and eye candy world.
Also a rapper, Gloria Velez is more than a pretty face. While having run-ins with rappers such as Remy Ma and
Foxy Brown, she's never maintained a hard image. However, today she's even trying to size up rapper Nicki Minaj
for a lyrical spar. While we just want her to stick to the modeling we love her for, the outcome will be interesting
if she does make it into hip hop's major scene.
