New 50 Cent songs for the Gangsta Grillz 2012 rap mixtape, Lost Tape, will not be
delayed. However, the Southside Jamaica Queens Hip Hop artist will not be
promoting it via ThisIs50.com as initially planned. @50Cent announced
today that he is extremely sick from a mystery illness.
"I'm in the hospital but my gangsta grillz LOST TAPE is done so it will be out on time" tweeted
50 cent.
Not a promotional ploy, 50 Cent's 'good friend' Floyd Mayweather Jr made a statement confirming the
mystery illness. In fact, the boxing champion asked fans to keep Curtis Jackson in their
prayers. He spoke candidly about the issue with V103 radio, the Ryan Cameron show
Not a gimmick, which the G-unit boss is known for being a genius to create, doctors apparently
do not know exactly what the illness the rapper has is. A very bad day for Hip Hop and Urban
entertainment, as the New York City business mogul is responsible for creating multiple
multi-millionaires, creating well-paying careers for various others, and even feeding children in
Africa.
