E. Black is an upcoming spoken word and music artist who combines poetry, and hip hop to create her unique sound. She was born and raised Greenville, South Carolina.

"E. Black has an incredible theatre of mind talent. She writes poetry in a way that is probably going to end up in college textbooks one day. A great voice as well, the first song we collaborated on had over 24,000 ringtone downloads. She is an amazing talent," spoke rapper C.KHiD on poetry artist E. Black. E. Black has been busy recording music and releasing YouTube videos in order to share her work with others. She also has hopes to begin work on her first album. Her latest songs, “Best of Me” and “Stay Dreaming” are available for download at soundcloud.com and the ringtones are available on Myxer.com.

Growing up, E. Black always embraced her creativity more than the average kid. She spent the majority of her free time writing poetry, songs, and stories. Being the child of musically talented parents, she was able to read music and began play multiple instruments at a young age. Throughout her school years she was recognized for her writing abilities, presented with awards and scholarships, and has had some of her poetry published. However, E. Black has not been able to share her work with a larger audience until now. She plans to release poetry videos via internet on a regular basis as well as new music. Her goal is to use her words and her voice to connect with people from around the world, sharing encouragement, positivity, emotion, and experience.
