Kenny Clutch Shot Dead on Vegas Strip, Rapper′s French Montana Remix Viral
Aspiring rapper and self-professed pimp, Kenny Clutch, was murdered on Las Vegas boulevard Thursday. In the day's early morning hours, the Oakland transplat got into an argument with someone at the Aria hotel which led the confrontation. Allegedly someone in a new model, black Range Rover sport vehicle, chased Kenny down and fired multiple shots into his car killing him. Kenny Clutch died from the shots fired. Tragicly, after falling onto his steering wheel and leg falling limp, the luxury Maserati sports car Clutch was driving ran into a Las Vegas taxi-cab. The point of impact was so great, the city cab exploded and burned. Both the cab driver and passenger died, unable to escape the blaze. "I saw a silhouette of head sitting in the back seat of the cab as the flames grew larger. I heard screaming like someone being tortured," said one witness of the event to CNN.com. The suspects of the shooting are still at large. Las Vegas police are working with Utah, California, and Arizona police to try and find out who sold a black Range Rover with black rims recently. Surveillance from hotel video cameras around the Las Vegas boulevard is also being collected to find more detail. The LVPD Chief says he will not allow this case to go unsolved. Clutch's death is eerily similar to that of rapper 2Pac Shakur, who died only two blocks away. Though the Las Vegas strip has high tech cameras everywhere and police on every block around, the execution style shooting still occured without a clear suspect. Just beginning to rap, Kenny Clutch had two music videos on YouTube. One of the videos show him performing on the Vegas strip, where he dies. He did a remix to French Montana song "Stay Scheming," which has a chorus hinting at the idea 'someone is trying to get at him.' Find more pictures of Kenny Clutch on HipHop2013.com.
