All of my life experiences with hair are from a Mens Afro Hair perspective. Our habits and lifestyles
are different from most women so I am not sure genetically it works the same. Therefore, what I reccomend is directed
towards the men.
For the mens Afro hair followers, please believe it's a little part mental. You might feel like you
are not winning the war sometimes with slow growth. It has been cited over and over how mens afro hair
may seem stuck for a second but if you keep it moisturized and braided, it will grow. Pay it no attention and just keep
managing and hair is sure to grow.
Mens Afro hair probably goes through a lot more activity than the average female when young as well.
Guys that are into sports and athletics will probably feel like scalp is dirtier more often and need of more
washing and tips. As long as you make sure you wash with the right things and do not over blow dry, this should be
ok.
Use the Afro hair care guide to figure out more tips for growing the afro. Again, this information is considered
for mens afro hair typically. It might work for women's scalps too but not being a female, there is
no way for me to know.
One can experiment with the tips and information given no matter which sex you are. Some of the information is sure
to translate well, however, the activity you partiicpate in daily may change the outcome. Also, women typically put
their hair through more chemical changes than Mens afro hair, so the difference may show.
